Virtual Cooking Classes

Tired of eating the same go-to dishes all the time? Finding cooking every night during this crazy time daunting? Have a desire to learn about a certain cuisine, diet or kitchen skill? Let me guide your way to buying real food, cooking real meals and eating real well.

Cooking with The Concrete Forager Classes is a complete hospitality experience including curated menu/lesson planning for each individual student based on their wants and needs in their kitchen, printable grocery lists and equipment list for each individual class, safety tips and guidelines throughout the cooking experience and one on one Q&A as we cook together virtually. Classes are open to students of all ages and all abilities. (I am also a certified vendor for self direction participants through your fiscal intermediary) You may sign up for one individual class or sign up on a bi-weekly or weekly fixed schedule. Classes can be catered toward one individual home cook, couples, or small private parties. Contact for more information on larger class sizes and special events.

What I like to tell my students is this is your cooking class, you are the driver and I am your guide. Whatever it may be that you want to learn or feel more comfortable with in the kitchen, I am here to get you there. There is nothing you can't do, having a guiding voice by your side is the way to achieve your kitchen dreams!

THE BEST PART: This class is now completely virtual! So no covid-19 worries here! This also means that I can teach you ANYWHERE YOU ARE, whether you live in the big city or on a rural farm as long as you have access to internet and can use any of the face to face platforms (Zoom, facetime, etc.) and of course a place to cook, you can sign up!
