Do you Detox Daily?

If you ask any of my friends they will all tell you what my daily advice is, "Drink more water." When someone is sick, I'll tell them; "Drink more water." When someone tells me they are feeling aches and pains, I'll tell them, "Drink more water." When someone doesn't tell me anything about how they are feeling, you know what I tell them? You get the jist, right?

Statistics show that most people don't drink even close to the amount of water we are meant to drink per day. Of course you can drink other fluids that are water based, which will count to some degree. What we don't need is the additives, sugar, and chemicals in our daily liquid intake.

So how about cutting out your daily juice drink picked up from the corner store while you were rushing to work, or that fruity sugar water you buy for the kids when you are shopping for your weekly groceries, or even that tall iced glass of caffeinated milk from the local coffee shop, and start drinking Daily Detox Water.

If you make one pitcher of this water and finish the pitcher in one day, I guarantee you will feel the results. Yes.. I said GUARANTEE. The benefits of Daily Detox Water will relieve bloat and remove toxins from your gut, and digestive tract. In return making your skin glow and making you feel lighter, refreshed, clear headed and ready to take on your day! Now lets talk about ingredients.

Recipes are never rules!

Use your judgment; if you've made it before and it has worked by shaking not stirring, try it! If the recipe says something will brown after 12 minutes in the oven and your's hasn't browned yet, leave it until you think its brown enough.

Taste, taste, taste!

Any good chef will tell you to taste your food multiple times as you cook. Stick your spoon in and see if it tastes good. Is your food seasoned well? Can it use more salt or pepper? Would you like it if it were a bit sweeter? Everyone's palate is different, if you think it needs something; Go for it!

Its just food... so have some fun!
