As a life long sufferer of poor skin due to eczema, I can tell you that this stuff works wonders! I use it once a week on my entire body and twice a week on areas where I am prone to ingrown hairs. This scrub reduces my skin swelling from eczema almost instantly. It also has significantly reduced the amount of ingrown hairs caused from shaving. Sean has an ever so precious beard so we have yet to try it on a man's face after shaving, but I would assume it would help there too!
So whether you have sensitive skin or healthy skin, this will help soften and brighten your complexion. Since it is pretty abrasive, I would suggest testing it on a small area of your skin before scrubbing an entire area. If you have any serious skin conditions, please consult a doctor with your concerns before using this scrub.
